Comment:

The authors' asked the Committee to issue a request for interim measures, under Rule 86 of its rules of procedure, asking the State party to suspend proceedings to enforce the demolition order. By letter of 9 September 2002, the Committee informed the authors that no interim measures would be granted in their case.
